Raji's Untimely Demise

Description

Raji gets a hero's funeral.

Maybe just a regular funeral. Better still, a rather unceremonious dump in the ash heap of the cigar industry would be more fitting. Raji's Untimely Demise is a questionable brand complemented by a dubious blend. This thing was DOA from day one. The artwork eyebrow-raising, the name remarkably cheesy. Run my friend. Run fast and far, no matter how the $30 price might tempt you.

Out of all the Po’s this has been one of the best. Easy smoke. Goes from pepper to creamy.similar to the Baccarat the game. Enjoyed it. Would consider this a good cigar for an absolute newby during poker night.

Great draw, even burn, mild , great for the morning with coffee. For the money, this is a real bargain. Discovered this brand when I purchased a po-boy sampler.

great smokes for the most part but a few were bad unraveling probably due to the fact from the time was was pulled till it actually left the plant. printing a label and shipped some times takes several days .When shipped to me means when USPS picks up order from warehouse

Just a cheap, enjoyable cigar to smoke on those days where you just want to relax and hang out. The taste was earthy but really mild and I would definitely recommend for any newcomers to cigars. Burned consistently and leaves about an 1-inch ash. Will be buying more of these.

Underrated it's not great but it's not bad either. I've paid alot more for worse. Good burn, good draw, good aroma. Mostly mild tobacco flavor. I would smoke again.

Mild taste and consistent even burn. Paired with an espresso. Not memorable but for a cheap Churchill to burn while watching the game on the patio you can't go wrong. Purchased in a sampler.

A fine light to medium cigar at a fantastic price, especially if you facilitate the coupon. My reserve go to cigar for the times I just want to sit and enjoy.

Another one for my Dad that misses the El Producto cigars. Burn nice, stay mellow. My dad smoked these to very end, giving him that ol' nicotine buzz. He loves them.

I ordered Raji's because Ron Mexico, which I usually order were on backlog. They didn't want to stay lit and I will go back to Ron's again for a decent yardwork cigar.

One of my favorites Included in the po' boy sampler. Easy draw, quick burning and very mild. A good choice for a newbie. The staff review on it is a riot. Can't beat it for the price.

a truly ugly cigar, lumpy, peeling wrap. but thats the only legitimate complaint. Otherwise its an inoffensive smooth little number - just cedar and young tobacco. perfect draw, surprisingly perfect burn, strong ash. these po boy bargain cigars really vary wildly but the good ones are like this one.

Customer Testimonials
Great cigar. Let it sit for at least 2 months and it tastes and smokes great. I got mine in a sampler and reordered the sampler.
MK of Valley Springs, CA
Great cigar real mild and a good smoke.
RG of Calhoun, GA
As other reviewers have said, this isn't a $5 or $10 cigar, but it is a real surprise. Mine had a great draw, burned evenly, and smoked evenly from start to finish. I will be ordering more as long as they are available.
DC of Sharpsburg, GA
Let them sit!!! If you smoke them off the truck, you will be turned off. The are a great budget, yard cigar but nothing to brag to your friends about. Mild flavor with hints of complexity that tease you, yet don't quite come out. However, if you are looking for a mild, cheap, decent daily smoke, for the price it's not bad.
TP of Athens, GA
Not so bad cigar. Got as part of the Po Boys sampler and is so far one of the better ones in the sampler. Construction not as firm as a quality cigar and I could feel a stem through the wrapper. Burned even with a nice flavor to the end. I would buy these again as a cheap yard-work cigar.
RK of ATHENS, AL
OK, this isn't a ten buck cigar. And if you smoke it right off the truck, then you're going to be turned off. Get your 20 sticks, and put them way in the back of your humidor. Let them rest for two months. Then release them. You'll find that they have generous smoke, a nice mild taste - and bottom line, worth every cent of the dollar you paid for the stick. A great week night cigar - reserve the E.P. Carillo for the weekends :)
TS of Rowlett, TX
Not bad at all, especially for a buck. Smoke was very mild and pleasant enough. The wrapper started to unwrap on me, but didn't really give me any issues till I got to the last 1/3rd (which it was about time to let it die at that point anyways). Overall a good burn and it burned very evenly with a long ash. While I'm not going to rush out and buy a dozen boxes, it's one I wouldn't mind smoking again.
AB of Saint Cloud, FL
Generally a good low priced cigar. This review is based on 2 cigars from a sampler. The taste is good, but a little rough around the edges. Both cigars burned very well. Certainly worth the price.
PB of Deland, FL
Not the greatest tasting smoke in the world but they burn well and cure the nicotine fix...Good filler smoke for working around the yard during the day. At 75 cents a stick, I've smoked much worse.
JM of Bakersfield, CA
I bought these for a mere pitance(pitance=.80 cents a stick) and they are not so bad. I have had lots worse in the form of other lesser cigars. I can also give these away without feeling that I am giving away cigars that I really want to keep. So all in all not bad Raji, not bad.
SA of Hiram, GA
I ordered a bundle of these "beauties" because they were on sale for $15. The first one I tried tasted a bit like it was made of leftovers from a hay bale and looked like it had been rolled out of motled cardboard. Other than that it was ok, it burned even and all the way to the end. At roughly 75 cents apiece these can become a work in the yard or give-a-way smoke to people I want to deter from smoking my primo sticks.
