It all started as a theory, before it was born into reality in the Oliva factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. Nub cigars were a novel concept when they were first invented – a short cigar that burnt just as long as its longer counterparts, thanks to expertly packed and bunched tobacco, which hit its “sweet spot” immediately upon lighting. Indeed, who would’ve thought back then that Oliva’s experiment would’ve paid off so handsomely and delivered one of the most popular cigar lines in year? Today, Nub is available in a variety of wrappers, each one more delicious than the last. 

Cameroon - dark and leathery to the touch. A sweet, cedary profile with an intriguing spice. The aftertaste is dry and toasty. Intense pepper through the nose. A medium to full-bodied cigar that’s toasty and complex, yet smooth.

Nub Cameroon received Top 25 honors for 2015 (#23 overall) and a well-deserved 92-rating noting: "but we found the NUb Cameroon to burn cool, smoke well and deliver loads of nutty, earthy flavor."

This is my favorite offering in the Nub series. I received a bundle bonus with this order and have been very pleased with the other versions. I’m always busy so these are a perfect size for a quick smoke, but you can nurse it for a few extra minutes of relaxation time also.

Great Smoke, burn was great, The flavor has a nice little spice to it but not burning, the Draw was really good with nice smoky puffs from start to finish. I will defiantly buy them again! I enjoyed the clean finish on this Cameroon!

I'm sitting here smoking a NUB Cameroon 460 while reading the reviews on it. I have nothing negative to say about this cigar. I see people trashing it because theirs is "dry"- don't smoke it right away then, put it in a humidor. I see people talking bad about the size- go buy a different cameroon wrapped cigar then NUBs are not for you. I pulled one out of the 5 I ordered to smoke right away, and it's not bad at all- yes, a few burn issues are there. Yes, the rest will taste better after a few weeks in the humidor, but this is a beautifully made stick with an even better flavor.

I've been interested in some of the Cameroon blends recently, and Oliva has it dialed in. Smooth flavor and draw that stays consistent throughout. Amazing aroma as well. I got these particular "nubs" because I wanted to have something for shorter sessions without compromise. I was definitely not disappointed!

I am a fan of Nubs. This one a quality smoke, but not my favorite. A little at the grassy end of flavor. My first thought was that it made a good daytime cigar with more of a crisp, bright note. The first and second thirds were better than the final third, so I put them down a little sooner.
