CI describes New Cuba Madura as Medium but to me they are bolder and stronger than lots that claim to be full flavor. It’s my go to EDS. Would order a 50 bundle but they are always on back order

While others may disagree for me this is the best everyday cigar out there. The burn is consistent for the most part, the smoke is pure, and the flavor pairs well with either an evening scotch or a morning cup of coffee. I like it! I only wish you carried it in a shorter sized Robusto for those colder Winter days when hanging around outside longer that is comfortable is not an option.

This is an interesting cigar! And will test your skill and patience in dealing with and working with some erratic burning throughout the first half that is consistent from cigar to cigar due to loose rolling; Expect some discoloration among some of the wrappers; With that, I usually cut the cigar at the half way point followed by re-toasting and re-lighting; The second half rewards an real cigar experience that is consistent from cigar to cigar that of slow even burning with dominate notes of tobacco, cedar, natural wood, and oak; The last third through the nub will excite the pallet and sense of smell with subtle hints of chocolate that will dissipate rather quickly but not experienced with every cigar; There is no bite, pepper, or bitterness throughout any of the cigars; Very interesting indeed! I have tried lots of cigars to serve as daily smokers in this price range. I've been pleasantly surprised by the number of cigars in a bundle of New Cuba Maduros that are actually quite good. A few don't draw well, but it's not a big issue. Consistency is not to be expected for this price but the range here is from mediocre to superior so it's really a tremendous value.

Like a box of chocolates. Never know what your going to get. Loose roll, tight roll, good burn or if going to burn all the way up the side for the length of the cigar. Other than that not a bad smoke or a bad price.

This cigar to me is great for the value for the money. It's truly a great every day smoke for me. I have tried a lot of the other Maduro cigars in this price range in search of the every day smoke and I think this beats them all aside of maybe the Dark Shark but the shark is a bit more money also. Once they got a good base of steady buyers they raised the price. lol There is a slight inconsistency in the burn but its not horrible. Does burn a bit faster than 5 star maduro would.

I buy a lot of new Cuba’s. For a $ something, they are very good, I smoke these during day and then a more premium one at night. I like the Maduro better than the Corijo. 1 out of 10 tend to be tight with draw problems. Leave them in humidor for a few weeks and they get better.

I have smoked the New Cuba Corojo cigars for quite a while and really liked them... so when i saw the new Maduro New Cuba i was eager to try them, and they didn't disappoint me. I have had a minor problem with the wrappers cracking open, but that is no big deal as far as i am concerned. I have given my last batch some humidor time and they are now even better. New Cuba is a cheap cut-filler cigar, but they sure could pass for a premium cigar in my opinion. I think i will try some of the Robusto size in these on my next order...Thanks, very much, CI. ..... Delivery times from CI have been super quick also.

Just ordered my second bundle of 2 bundles of 25 cigs. I gave my buddies to try them, they said this cigs are good and stronger than medium. They asked me the price a piece, I asked them how much they think it is. Everybody says at least $5 a piece, when I said the actual price they said I'm so full of crap. So I pulled out my phone went to CI and show them and they're like, don't write anymore good reviews or they might jack the price up. My only issue is the frequent canoeing. Other than that this cigs are an awesome tasty and delicious smoke.

This is not a premium cigar but definitely a good tasting cigar. Let it sit in a properly conditioned and normal functioning humidor and enjoy this cigar at a good price. I'm just hoping that this review will not drive the price upward.
