The La Perla Habana Classic Cameroon cigar takes their original La Perla Habana Classic blend of Dominican, Honduran, and Nicaraguan fillers and binder, and kicks it up a notch by swaddling it in a beautiful Cameroon wrapper. The first ten I had were great! Big puffs of mild smoke with a sweet Cameroon wrapper upon my lips. The flavor and smell were great. So I bought ten more… Two of which I couldn’t even get a draw from. Won’t buy them again.

This was the first of the La Perla Habana Cigar lineup that I tried and is my favorite. A well-made cigar with an even burn. La Perla Habana in general sits comfortably at the intersection of value and flavor. This cigar delivers as advertised.

Outstanding construction, I got an hour 30 minutes of smoke time. Flavor transitions were apparent and each 3rd was a wonderful expression of what cigar smoking should be

Excellent smoke. Draw is good , no need to roll around to fix it. Flavor is mild to medium. Great everyday smoke . I get slight chocolate and cream tones. C.l. ships faster then other sites and I get fresh cigars. Win.win.

I have been smoking the La Perla Habana Black Pearl Morado for several years. As it was not available, I decided to try the La Perla Habana Classic Cameroon instead. What a stroke of luck! I am equally happy with the Classic Cameroon as I was with the Black Pearl Morado. So much so, it might be my new Go To selection. The smoke is very even, and the aroma is very pleasant and does not burn when I let it go through my nose. I would highly recommend this stick to anyone.

Very enjoyable and I will order more of these. Great draw and volume with a very even burn…like all of them, it just keeps getting better. This is a finger burner as you don’t want to give it up.

Make sure to use a punch! The wrappers are delicate, so any other cut might damage it. The draw is a little tight, so having a draw tool will come in handy. Other than those two things, if smoked correctly, a mild, creamy smoke comes out of these, and it's a pleasant morning experience. Burn can be a bit wavy, but only a couple corrections.

The draw is medium, not great, but not abhorrent either. The cigar burns okay. Do not use a straight cutter; the cigar will unravel. I had to throw one away just after lighting up. Use a punch, and a draw tool, and the smoke will be better. Do not poke more than once with a draw tool, it will tunnel. The flavor was consistent with what you'd expect from a Connecticut style cigar, although harsher and less creaminess. Still nutty and medium flavor.
