Rocky Patel ITC Super Fuerte Maduro

I’m a fan AJ Fernandez cigars. That being said, this cigar embodies everything an AJ cigar brings. Recommend.

Great smoke

Well-crafted, easy draw, even burn and deep but not bitter flavor.

I liked the flavor but the burn was not very good, hopefully some time to rest will help.

I have been smoking ITC cigars since they were called Indian Tabak They have been consistently good.

The Rocky Patel ITC Super Fuerte Toro is an absolute GEM! Spongy and even feel, not too tightly rolled. Appearance- RUSTIC, dark brown wrapper, medium veins, some imperfections, visible seams, and adequate cap. Using a punch cut the draw was perfect, with slight resistance. Light up- good smoke output, medium flavors right away consisting of sweet tobacco, cedar, cocoa, and black pepper. Second third ramping up toward medium full, with a long finish fully coating the mouth. Tasting notes of cocoa, coffee, molasses, dates(or dark fruit), spice and peppery on the retro-hale. FINAL THIRD- FULL bodied and continually adequate smoke output while burning fairly even, without overheating. FINAL THIRD- WOW this cigar really comes ALIVE! Flavor and transitions are full and bouncing back and forth with real complexity! Tastes of sweet cherry(stone fruit), sweet orange citrus, cocoa, leather, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, dry earth, cedar, nuts, lightly peppery and full bodied! Rarely do I get to smoke a stick at this price with this many full flavors, and pronounced transitions. Balanced(yet full), strength, sweetness all over the spectrum with the complimentary spice accompaniment that this cigar has very clearly accomplished. Every puff was a fun guessing game in that final third, and there were many incredible surprises. This is a flavor bomb and I am very happy with my box purchase, to say the least. I find myself looking forward to the next time I can be enjoying another RP- ITC Super Fuerte Maduro the moment I am finished. For the price, at this time, for myself... I cannot think of another cigar that even comes close to the roller-coaster of pure enjoyment. Thank You Cigars International!!!

I good tasting cigar - somewhat on the strong side. The burn was a bit uneven.

Excellent value for a very good smoke. Burns nicely and produces lots of smoke just the way I like it. Flavor is not quite as good as Rocky's Vintage 1990 but pretty darn good nevertheless.

It starts out with the flavor of chocolate and madero it is like a Chocolate bar. The flavor even gets better as you go along it burns perfect, I Never had to relight it during The entire time I smoked it. It was the best smoke I’ve had in a long long time. I purchased these under the make me an offer, and they were at a price that was dirt cheap. You know that I will be buying more of these tasty treats very soon. It has everything you want in a cigar.

They were absolutely wonderful! Smooth full-bodied everything that you would expect from a Maduro and the smoothness that you would expect from a Rocky Patel cigar! I will definitely buy these again!

These are well constructed cigars with nice aroma,and slow even burn but flavor was too light for me.I had the belicoso, so maybe the other shapes may show better/stronger flavor.

Decent enough cigar. Good looking and decent flavor. Unfortunately, it burns like a rope. Lots of canoeing and didn't want to stay lit.

Not well constructed. Decent flavors, but the poor construction detracts from the enjoyment. Frequently canoes and burns hot.

The first couple sticks were great, how ever.. more than half the box had cracked wrappers and soft spots. Burn quality was mostly poor.. If they are 5 bucks a stick it might worth dealing with the quality.

Very good smoke. Nice even burn, lots of smoke. Flavor has notes of grass, wood, leather and a light pepper finish. Very easy draw. One of my go-to cigars.

Ordered the Torpedos by mistake, but still a goo smoke.

This was one of my favorites before it went away. Happy to see it come back! Finally purchased some. Happy to say it is the same great smoke. Love the "spiciness". However, the burn was a bit uneven and had difficulty keeping it lit. Overall, still a great cigar, let's see how the others perform...

A decent smoke

It’s hard to find a cigar by Rocky that isn’t top of the line, but this particular cigar packs a punch of hearty flavor! If you like a powerful tasting smoke, iI recommend this highly!

The ITC Super Fuerte is back. My mouth watered with anticipation when I seen these were back in production after their short disappearance. The first time I tried one, it came in a sampler. For some reason I just kept avoiding it, and didn’t think I was gonna enjoy. Until one afternoon I was at my cousins place and I had already smoked a couple cigars that day, all I had left in my carry case was that petite belicoso. I shook my head as I opened the cellophane to remove the dark wrapped stick. I clipped the tip and began to toast the cigar. Once lit I began to draw on it, and these beautiful thick clouds of smoke came through. After a few minutes, I held the stick in my hand and stared at it while thinking to myself, this is not bad at all. As I continued to smoke it just got better and better. By the time I finished it off I made sure to save the band so I would make sure to order more for my next shipment. I gave it a 4 star, only because it is a cigar that needs attention, it’s notorious for having an uneven burn, but the delicious dark chocolate taste makes it worth any extra effort needed to keep it burning properly. When it was discontinued I couldn’t believe it, I regretted not stock piling cases of them. I sincerely thought I’d never get to enjoy them again, and the one day browsing through CI, I seen they had rebranded and restarted the line. I quickly ordered and hoped it would be the same blend and same cigar that I had come to greatly enjoy. I received my deliver, and opened the box and quickly went straight for the ITC’s. I normally like to place new deliveries in the humidor for a few weeks before I attempt to enjoy, but I simply couldn’t wait. I fired one up and it was everything I remembered it to be, even attention needy. Glad they’re back. If you like a nice dark chocolate full body smoke that pairs deliciously with a coffee or ice coffee, try these out. LuckyMan Approved.

I absolutely loved this very strong smoke.

Decent smoke. Full of flavor after you get through the lip numbing pepper taste and profile at first. Burns uneven so there's the constant fixing and goes out quicker than a Camacho Maduro. So keep on puffing.

Not a bad stogie. Will be ordering more soon.
