Just average. Doesn't hold liquid very long.

It arrived as promised and I think it works better than the original. The interior foam is not the same, time will tell on the longevity but so far it’s a winner

I have just bought the fourth replacement cartridge for my Ultra. The adjustable humidity allows me to change with the seasons, that is, air-conditioning dried versus humid spring and fall.

I have used the Cigar Oasis Ultra 2.0 Humidifier for over a year in a 100 cigar capacity humidor. The humidifier itself works as advertised when there is ample supply of moisture in the cartridge. However, I have been extremely disappointed in the cartridges. First, the humidifier was advertised as having reusable cartridges. There was no mention of how long the cartridges would last. The assumption was, if you used distilled water, which I did, that it would last indefinitely. This is not the case. I called CI Customer support who told me that they are only good for about 8 or 9 refillings, but should last 2-3 months depending on my specific situation. This also is not the case. After about 5 or 6 refillings, the cartridge would not retain water. This occurred for now 4 cartridges. Moreover, I needed to refill the cartridges every 4 or 5 weeks. To try to help this situation, I put an additional, static humidifying unit in the humidifier. In conclusion, the refill cartridges have been very disappointing and, even with the investment made in the humidifier itself, will probably be replacing it.

I usually buy the Excel refill because it comes already filled, but I bought the Plus refill by mistake and it has to be filled with distilled water. I filled it and it is working just fine. I did get 3 years of use out of the last Excel cartridge and I am hoping for the same out of the Plus refill. Cigar Oasis was a great investment.

Over the years i tried all the different humidor solutions and none compare to the Cigar oasis. No more loosing expensive cigars due to drying out! Easy to set up and use. Just open the lid and check the digital humidity display to know and then to ensure your cigars are at the optimal humidity level. Not cheap but a great value.

I HAVE USED THE CIGAR OASIS SINCE IT FIRST CAME OUT. I HAVE ONE OF THE FIRST UNITS. ITS NOT EVEN DIGITAL. I USE THAT ONE AS MOSTLY A FAN IN THE TOP OF MY END TABLE AND AN EXCEL PLUS AT THE BOTTOM. I HAVE TWO HYGROS FROM OASIS AS WELL. NOTHING IS BETTER. I FILL THOSE CARTRIDGES MAYBE TWICE A YEAR!! OUTSTANDING!!!

This system is trouble free, "set it and forget it" kind of technology that keeps my cigars fresh and ready to smoke. Thank You.

Works just fine, would be better if you could re-soak the sponge material with distilled water indefinitely instead of just 1 year.

The Oasis Plus is awesome. Just add water about once a month or so and only have to replace the cartridge about once a year. There is no better way to keep humidity at the proper level and not have to open the humidor as often.

The Cigar Oasis refill is great and so easy to use. My cigars are in the best condition they have ever been. They are maintained at a perfect humidity and remain so until the last enjoyable cigar in the box.

I have purchased this several times. I have been happy each time. I have a small 300-400 cigar end table and it work great.
