Cigar Oasis humidifiers are certainly not new to the market, but the new 3.0 series is packed with attractive features we’ve never seen before. It comes equipped with Wifi capabilities that easily allow you to monitor your humidor from a smart phone (Smart Humidor subscription required). It also has a new and improved backlit LCD display that constantly reads the current humidity and temperature (no subscription required). 

How does it work? It comes equipped with a refillable and replaceable water cartridge that uses distilled water only and a quiet fan that will evenly circulate humidity throughout the humidor. Simply plug it in, set your desired humidity level and enjoy up 3 months of worry free humidification. 

This device was designed for humidors between 100 and 300 capacities.

I have an end table humidor that I have had for 20 years that I have used with a Cigar Oasis humidifier since I bought. After over 20 years of continuous and excellent service, the motor began to falter. Given its long life and consistent performance, I choose to replace it with its newer model.

This item back ordered since 26 OCT ‘22. I have two of the Cigar Oasis PLUS units for two Barrister Book Case size humidors and I have been served well by them. One of them is an older model and the digits are difficult to read even in good light. That is the only reason I am replacing that unit. If the Excel 3.0 model is as good as the PLUS model then I guess it is worth the wait.

CI shipped my order quickly, got it a couple of days later. The unit keeps humidity right at 70% where I want it. I had issues with the WIFI connectivity initially, but it has been solid after a firmware update

I've been using this Excel 3.0 unit for about a month now. So far, it's worked flawlessly! Keeps my sticks at a perfect humidity! Was easy and quick to set up. The screen is a nice touch as it shows your set humidity level, current humidity and temp. Only issue that isn't mentioned anywhere, The App! While the app itself is pretty handy, after the trial period, its a monthly fee to continue using most fetures. Kind of a bummer. Not even worth it or needed in my opinion. I can see where I'd like having it for keeping track of mysticks on vacation though. Otherwise I have zero complaints. If you are thinking about this humidifier, dont.. Add it to your cart! You wont regret it! I don't!

Purchased one for each of my humidors. i can't believe I paid $25 extra for the version that can send updates to your phone. it does not work. I will work on a refund in the new year. bummed because they work better than the bovidas i have used for years.

This thing is GREAT!! I live in dry Albuquerque, NM and I have struggled to keep my humidors near 70%RH. Winter dryness here is an average 15%RH and with the heater for my house going, it dries the air out even more. But with this great little machine, its just set and forget. It's so cool that it makes me want to check out my humidor and see how its doing every day. I can now keep my humidor at a set 72.0% RH. I have also put in the stock large foam humidifier my humidor came with to help season the box and to boost the Oasis machine. I'm thinking about getting the WIFI adaptor just for the snooty hell of it... I would recommend this for super dry climates.
