No aromatic smell in my opinion, flavor good and smokes well.

The flavor profile is nice. The smoke is mild and relatively cool. However, the smell is strong and lingers for the mildness.

If you enjoy light-to-medium flavored tobaccos with a hint of sweetness, I recommend this one. It burns nicely and has a good finish.

I have smoked a number of proprietary blends over the last 41 years, but I do enjoy a 1:1 blend of CB Royal and CB Gold. A very delicious and pleasant pipe smoke that rivals any proprietary blend. Now I'm considering blending in some cherry tobacco into the mix for kicks and laughs.
