Years ago, Robert Caldwell (the owner and operator of Caldwell cigars) told us his purpose was to go wherever he had to in order to find the most exotic flavors he could. The Caldwell Collection Long Live the King – Mad MoFo is a limited edition release under this most-popular flagship brand of Caldwell’s. Utilizing a spicy, Mexican San Andres wrapper leaf atop Indonesian binder and Corojo ’98 and PA double ligero fillers, calling this one full-bodied would be an understatement. It’s uber-rich and dark, with each puff producing tons of milk chocolate, black pepper, oak, and leathery notes.

The Mad MoFo is one of the best offerings form the caldwell group.From the presentation to the last puff this cigar delivers a consistency of taste that is lacking in many cigars offered on the market.

Wow! Start to finish, nothing bad about this smoke. Little closer to full than medium, but the smoke is so smooth you will not notice until that little head-buzz kicks in. Perfect construction with downright gorgeous wrapper, burned evenly and slow. I have been trying to cut back on this habit's costs (thanks CI for the help), so I don't buy a lot of smokes in this range but this one is a re-order for sure.

It has a unique flavor! The draw is very good the retro-hale is fantastic the finish is superb! The first 1/3 is really good and it keeps getting better. It’s a full body cigar that will not disappoint. If that’s your profile, I would be surprised if you did not take it all the way down past the 1/3 mark. It’s a very good stick!!

I'm a huge fan of just about everything Caldwell makes...but this smoke is something extra special...every bit as strong as the original LLTK line, but just a bit "rounder" with tons on chocolate, spice, and an extra pleasant leathery component that intensifies the entire length of the cigar...
