So you've been gifted an amazing new humidor and don't know where to start when it comes to getting it ready to store your yummy goodies. Don't panic! The Boveda 84% Seasoning Humi-Pack has made seasoning a brand new humidor easier than ever. Get your humidor to the optimum 70% humidity level with no sponge or distilled water needed. Simply place the right number of packs for the capacity size in an empty humidor, close the lid, and leave it alone for 14 days. That's it!

The packets gradually raise the moisture level inside and provide necessary moisture directly into the wood to help prepare the humidor for storing cigars. Once the 14-day period is over, simply remove the seasoning packs and replace with the desired percentage Boveda RH packets. It may take longer than traditional seasoning methods, but there is no danger of cracking, mold, or warping of the wood occurring when you use these packets. Trust us, the more effort put into preparing a humidor, the less effort is needed to maintain it. 

Note: One 8-gram Boveda 84% Seasoning Humi-Pack is needed for every 5-cigar capacity. So for a 20-capacity humidor, 4 packets should be used.
