Looks great but construction is a bit off. Firstly, top tray was stuck to the sides of the humidor. It took gentle coaxing after wetting the surface for about a week. Secondly, the humidifier keeps falling off onto the cigars. I'll know better in a few weeks if its worth the effort.

Overall, for the price I paid, I can't complain. The humidor looks very elegant, and holds moisture well. One thing that is noteworthy about this item is the hydrometer, and humidifier suck. But I prepared for this already, seeing as how other people that left reviews had already mentioned it. If you are thinking about buying this item, do it. Can't beat it for the price. But be prepared with superglue, a digital hydrometer, and alternative humidifier options. I have the one it came with, and the black ice humidifier in a cup thing that spilts into 4 pieces. It keeps the humidity right where I want it.

This is a really beautiful humidor. I really want to like this more, but it will not hold anywhere near 100 cigars and it will not hold a good RH level. I have seasoned this thing using three different methods recommended by this site and others, but it will only hold between 65 to 68 with two of the large 75 RH packs from Bovida. And those things are huge. If it held a 70 RH , l could live with that. Maybe if I went with the 85 RH packs I seasond it with it would hold at 70 to 75 RH. But for the price and how good it looks, I gave it a 4 stars.

Great looking humidor. Like almost all the other reviews I too experienced the humidifier falling. Not a big deal. I went ahead and replaced it with a Humi-Care gel humidifier because I was leery of the sponge like material inside the humidifier that came with the unit. The reason I am giving only three stars is because this humidor will not hold anywhere near 100 cigars. It really is a great looking humidor but simply does not offer the capacity as advertised. It looks so nice though that I just might buy a second one!

The humidor itself is good. Not quite the finish I expected, but I'm okay with it. The problem is the humidifier and hygrometer that come with it. Absolute trash. I've been trying to get the hygrometer adjusted right using a separate digital one, but it won't stay consistent. The biggest issue is with the piece of shit being passed off as a humidifier. It won't stay put. It either falls off away from the magnets, or it brings the metal plates with it. Several different adhesives short of glue or cement haven't been able to keep it mounted. And then it starts to leak. Refilling it consists of pouring in the juice and watching it drain straight out the bottom. This happened on the third filling. And it doesn't keep the humidity anywhere near 70% or even stable, according to the digital hygrometer I bought at the same time. The box is nice enough, but CI and Humi-Care should be ashamed at the garbage that's supposed to maintain and protect our cigars. I'm having to buy another digital hygrometer and the humidification jar that doesn't have to mount to the lid. I'll lose space, but at least it won't fall or leak onto my cigars.

I was very happy to see my new humidor, when it came it was damaged. I was not happy about that. Sent an email the next day, got a new one 3 days later and UPS picked up the other one. Love the new one and love you guys you made a return pain free...

Received humidor on time, it was as good as I expected. Little disappointed with the hygrometer & the rectangle humidifier. The hygrometer does not work, the company is sending me a new one. The humidifier has magnetic plates that keep it attached to the lid, but the magnets are not glued properly to the humidifier, they come loose and the humidifier ends up on top of the cigars. I have to re-glue them to the back in place.

My humidor arrived on time and the packaging was very professional. I setup the humidor exactly per the instructions. In two days it was holding at 68-70%. It is easy to open and close and you can actually hear a swoosh when the lid closes. This humidor exceeded all of my expectations and I highly recommend it.

Bought this and it has held up perfectly. Only bad thing is the humidifier would not stay in place and would fall. Nothing that couldnt be fixed with Velcro tape. Very pleased. Actually buying a second one tonight.
